BROKERS WALK THRU
A splendid example of a modern Express Motot Yacht. A sporty silhouette matches with a high-quality interior. Natural light is provided by large windows throughout the vessel and it is also paired with optional interior factory window treatments. Also included is removable sunscreen for the windows on the exterior. There is a powered sunroof overhead the main deck that optimizes the outdoor boating experience. And everyone's favorite optional feature is Beach Mode... These are automated balconies to both Port and Starboard That expands out in width giving you even more space in the aft cockpit for entertaining.
There is a large cockpit seating in the transom area that comes with sunbrella cover and an expanding cockpit table. Easy access to the bow from the aft cockpit which includes a large sunpad area with it's own custom cover and in deck anchor windlass controls. (Windlass Controls are at the helm as well) The aft cockpit also features a large swim platform with sliding transom doors to both Port and Starboard.
Engine access is located from the aft Cockpit, and while it is a tight fit going down in, there is an incredible amount of room once you do get down into it. The engines' locations are well thought out and they are going to give you the quietest ride possible while undewrway. This boat features the Volvo D6 engines and a 12KW Fisher Panda generator with sound shield. Other features in the engine room are 4 Batteries, battery charger, an 11-gallon Hot Water Heater (many boats this size hold 6 gallons) and the Glendenning cable master for the 50 Amp retractable Shore Power Cord. Fuel Tanks are 316 SS.
Volvo Penta D6 is an in-line 6-cylinder, 5.5-liter diesel engine with common-rail fuel injection, double overhead camshafts and turbo. It provides high reliability, exceptional fuel efficiency and low maintenance cost. - Electronically controlled common-rail injection system. - Electronic Vessel Control.
Large Stainless steel Frame entry door gives access to the salon, the helm and a very highly sought after main deck galley (Galley Up). A retractable Television is located in the salon and the breaker panels automatically light up when opened. Helm is well lit up and comes with all the optional electronics offered.
Staterooms and Head Compartments are located below the main deck. There is ample storage and hanging closets. Both head compartments have separated Fresh Water Showers. Both Staterooms have their own flat screen TV's. Large Twin Bunks are Forward in the V-Berth and the Primary Stateroom (while not a lot of headroom) is a queen island berth and more than comfortable to lay on.
