Vessel Walk Through
Boarding at the bow, you'll step onto a covered patio with sunshades to block out the afternoon sun, a patio table/chair set is under a ceiling fan, along with a cushioned bistro table/chairs to starboard and a stainless char-broil gas grill with a side burner is found to port. Catwalks are available along the aluminum decks to the port and starboard sides that lead you to the stern.
Entering the main cabin through the sliding patio door you'll find the helm station to starboard which features a VHF radio, remote start controls for the onboard generator, and your AC and DC power panels overhead. Below you'll find a cellphone antenna and router, plus your engine instrumentation gauges, hour meters, shift, throttle, and steering controls. A Boss Elite AM/FM/CD/USB/Aux/Bluetooth stereo is also housed at the helm with interior and exterior speakers for the main salon and front porch. Stepping back from the helm you'll find a small electric mini fridge adjacent to the television cabinet with a 43'' HDTV mounted above and a starlink satellite internet router for all of your onboard communication and entertainment needs, a reclining chair, sectional sofa, small end table, and a Serta Dream convertible twin sleeper chair furnish the main salon area.
The entire interior is updated with LVP flooring throughout the single level interior (though you'll have steps up/down for the guest staterooms), updated counter tops, paneling, and paint throughout. There's an access hatch for the hull storage compartment in the salon where you'll find holding tanks for both fresh water and waste water, an electric water heater, new pex plumbing, central heat/air conditioning ducts, and plenty of unused storage is available.
Moving to the stern from the salon area you'll find a ceiling fan overhead and an updated galley kitchen with a Norcold Gas/Electric refrigerator, coffee maker, a Blanco composite granite double sink, a Ninja Foodi air fry oven, 4-burner gas oven/range, microwave, and a fully stocked galley with pots/pans, plates, flatware, glasses, coffee mugs, and more. A table for 6 is to starboard along with more available counter and cabinet space.
Continuing aft down the center hallway you'll find the first guest stateroom through a pocket door and up a few steps to the port side with a full size bed and a hanging closet that also houses an included vacuum and other cleaning supplies.
Continuing down the hallway and to starboard is the full bathroom with a Jabsco marine head, a walk in shower, and updated vanity sink, mirror, and lighting. A dehumidifier is also included.
Once again down the hallway towards the stern you'll find the double cuddy down a few steps on the port side with a full size bed forward and another full size bed to the aft. A large shelf in each stateroom allows for storing larger items, small dresser drawers are in each stateroom with more shelving in between the rooms and curtains for privacy.
Back up to the main level there's a linen closet to starboard just before another pocket door that leads into the master stateroom. A queen size bed is to the port side with a few integrated steps and a handrail to assist when entering from the foot of the bed. Towards the aft there's two steps that lead up to built-in dresser drawers and hanging closet with easier access to the queen bed. A 32'' Roku TV is mounted to the ceiling. And to the starboard side of the room there's an en-suite half bath with the second Jabsco marine head and an updated vanity sink, mirror, and lighting. Just aft also along the starboard side is a closet that houses a Magic Chef combo washer and dryer.
A sliding patio door leads out to the covered rear porch. A single engine hatch houses both Mercruiser V6 engines, the generator, an onboard battery charger, and three fuel tanks. A patio locker houses some water toys and a large water mat will transfer with the houseboat. A swim boarding ladder can be found off the 4' extended swim platform.
A staircase at the rear deck leads to the upper level with a water slide off the port side corner, a small gas firepit table, another patio table/chair set, and another patio storage box can be found under a 12' canvas party top. Your cell phone booster and starlink antennas can be found at the bow railing on the second level.
Unobstructed views of Norris Lake are available at the stern from the transferable slip.
